Yolmo

This beyul is located in the Helambu area.

Both Guru Padmasambhava and Tibet’s greatest yogi Milarepa are known to have spent time in meditation here and blessed this valley. Guru Padmasambhava is said to have hidden many “termas” or teachings meant for the future here.

We visit the many caves where Guru Padmasambhava, Yeshi Tsogyal and Milarepa meditated and also the surrounding monasteries.
